Every User reserves the right to request a refund from Artboard. Upon the refund request, the User must precisely state the reason for the refund. Please note that refunds are only issued if the User has respected the Artboard Terms and Conditions while using our services.
The request review period is 7-10 business days from the date of refund submission. In case of a positive answer from Artboard, the User will be refunded within 10-14 business days.
Account Cancellation
Once the User starts utilizing the Artboard services, the User has to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions stated on the Artboard website and has to continue until either party terminates the agreement. In case the User wants to terminate this agreement, they can do so by contacting Artboard.
Procedure for Complaints
Artboard is committed to providing the highest level of service to our Users. For that reason, Artboard encourages its Users to provide constant feedback and/or complaints in order to do everything possible to find a solution. If a User is unsatisfied with the product or service obtained or wants to provide any ideas, a User can do so in one of the following ways:
