I cannot download my design. What can I do?

Here are some things you can try if you're having difficulties downloading a design or getting the download error message:
Check your Artboard status
Check your Internet connection
Check your design’s size
Verify your device or browser
Try clearing your cache and cookies
Refresh your browser

My design has disappeared. How can I find it?

It can happen for several reasons:
Make sure you haven’t logged into multiple Artboard accounts.
Make sure you haven’t deleted your design — check in the Trash box.
In case you couldn’t solve the problem, please contact our Customer Support, and we will make sure to fix the problem shortly.

My designs are watermarked. How can I remove them?

In case you use an Artboard Free plan, your designs will be watermarked. In order to remove them, you can switch to the Premium plan — this can be done in your Account settings. Please contact us in case you have any questions regarding your Artboard plans.

Why did you charge me additional fees?

Usually, you shouldn’t pay any additional fees after placing your print order. However, some local remote services can be subject to additional duties, customs, and taxes. Please contact us if you feel the charge shouldn’t be the case. We will review your request and will try to fix the problem shortly.

I cannot access my Artboard account. What is the problem?

In case you couldn’t access your account, please check the status page first: make sure your Internet connection is stable, your browser and device meet the minimum technical requirements. In case there is no problem, we advise reloading the page, trying a different browser, or clearing the cache. If the problem still hasn’t been fixed, please \ contact our Customer Support so that we can fix the problem in a timely manner.

How can I deactivate my account?

You can delete your Artboard account at any time using the Account settings page. Please note that once deleted, you cannot recover your account, it will be permanently deleted. If you have trouble deleting your account, contact our Customer Support, and we will help you out promptly.
